In Prio, a game has two units. These are the quests and the steps. The quests are constructed from steps. You can imagine a step as a task that takes less than an hour everything else is a quest.

You can organize the quests as a graph to build a map. It helps you to be clear about which quests depend on the other one and shows the quest priority too.

Every team member has only one main quest and numerous side quests. The main quest is calculated automatically based on the priority. The highest priority quest is always the main quest the other ones are the side quests.

Every quest has a list of steps you should take to complete the quest. The first item in the list is the current step you should take. A team member can accept the quest where the current step is assigned to it.
