How Prio works

The Game

In Prio, a project is a series of games. A game is similar to a sprint with a few differences. The agile sprints are time-framed, and you should select the backlog item before you start the sprint. However, a Prio game is goal-oriented, which means your team's focus is not the time but the result.

Another difference is that there is no chance to move items from sprint to sprint, in Prio, you win or lose.

The Map

We already know the Prio mindset. Let's see how a game is built up. In a game, you have a map, where you can follow your team's movement. On the map, you can discover, prioritize, and group quests in an intuitive way. (these are the issues in other apps)

Other Tools

Besides the map, Prio offers other tools for the manager and leads to make project management simple, such as Compass, Diary, or the Lab.

Mini-games

In Prio, there are mini-games you play to administrate the project. The mini-games are built for the team members to hide the unnecessary noise and add some challenge to the repetitive but indispensable

tasks.
